This is an apartment on the second floor of a commercial building, with some businesses down below, and we ask that you do not smoke, respect quiet hours after 930pm outside your apartment(Normal conversation level is fine), and understand we do not allow nonregistered guests not on the reservation in the apartment.

You are just a few blocks away from Alessi bakery-with it`s fabled sweets, flan, and luscious Cuban Sandwiches, and you can easily walk to Midtown, which has an REI, grocery store, restaurants, bars-even an icecream shoppe! The apartment is five minutes away from the airport, ten minutes from Cypress point beach and downtown. You`ll be safe and comfortable and close to all that you would like to do in Tampa.

Quaint little place- exactly what we needed when we were visiting Tampa for a week. Walkable to midtown, quick Ubers to downtown and Hyde Park. Location is good, and the area is safe. Would stay again on our trips to Tampa.
